Disability Driver Training
Kerryn Eade – owner of Two States Driver Rehab – specialises in disability driver training. Kerryn works with a highly dedicated team of Occupational Therapists throughout the Hume, Goulburn Valley, Western Riverina and Victorian Metro regions enabling people with disabilities, special needs, or aged requirements to regain their independence and help maintain their quality of life. While spending most of their time on the road, Kerryn and the team of Occupational Therapists, TAC Victoria and Engineers are also constantly researching and testing new modification tools that is helping make future mobility easier.
Kerryn has a highly modified vehicle which enables the use of:
- An over ring
- Electonic braking systems with turn signals
- Lever acclerator
- Satellite accelerator: Left and Right
- Push Pat RB hand controls
- Left foot accelerator
- Spinner knobs ranging from basic through to self-cancelling and lollipop spinners
- Indicator extension lever
- Head rest controls
